Request a callback and you reach an independent provider in our network, not a Freenasheed Garage Doors crew. There is no staff list to show you, because Freenasheed Garage Doors does not send workers. The person on the line works for a local garage door company that does the repairs and installs.

What a Provider Will Ask

Expect simple questions. Having the answers ready speeds things up:

• What is the door doing, or not doing?
• Did you hear a loud bang before it stopped?
• Is the door stuck open, stuck closed, or off its track?
• Is the opener running, humming, or silent?
• How old is the door, and is it wood, steel, or another material?
• Where is the home?

What You Should Do While You Wait

• Do keep people and pets away from the door.
• Do use the manual release only if the door is fully down or fully open and you know how.
• Do not touch the springs, cables, or brackets. They hold a lot of stored force.
• Do not try to lift a door that feels heavy or uneven.

Questions to Ask a Provider

A good provider welcomes questions. Try these:

• Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
• Does the price cover parts and labor?
• Will you check track alignment and balance, not just the broken part?
• What warranty comes with the parts and the work?
• If this is an emergency garage service request, is there an extra charge for the timing?

Prices vary by job, so get the numbers in writing before work begins.
